Welcome Singles
Our Ministry
|
The College and Singles Ministry of High Pointe has been growing over the past year. We strive to serve those in need in our community as well as in our church body. We are involved in many different ministries in our church; our goal is to give each college student or single ownership of a specific ministry.

Retreats and Other Events
|
Each year we have a singles retreat that allows us to get away from the cares of the world and focus on the truths of God's Word. This time always gives an opportunity for Singles to reflect and renew their walk with God. We also plan to take day trips in the summer to places like Lake Travis, various homes, and places of fun in the Austin area.

Focus Group Ministry
|
Most of our College and Singles focus groups meet on Tuesday nights. These groups meet once a week in homes for a time of encouragement and accountability. Our focus group ministry is the heart of our church and it is how we become active in one another's lives and hold each other accountable to the word of God.

Join us Thursday Nights for Singles Night
|
Every Thursday evening, Singles from all over Austin will gather from 7:30 - 9:00pm at High Pointe for a great time of praise, teaching, giveaways, and fellowship. 20/30 stands for Singles in their 20’s and 30’s, give or take a year or two. At times we will have goodies for everyone to enjoy. Oh, and don't foget your bible.

Sports and Recreation
|
On Friday nights the Singles play in a softball league. For more information, contact Kathy Sandusky @ 762-2358. In addition, we traditionally have football games on Thanksgiving (Turkey Bowl) and New Years Day (Black Eyed Pea Bowl) as well as many other unplanned games.
